COME CELEBRATE THE GRAND OPENING OF PERENNIAL YOGA AND MEDITATION in Fitchburg, WI this weekend

The “Musical Goodness Flow” Class consists of a one hour Vinyasa Flow class taught by Perennial’s owner Meg Schleis Groves. This class is scheduled for Sunday, February 19th from 10am-11am. I will be playing live music throughout class and will be bringing all three guitars plus digital piano. This class is a complimentary gift from Meg to the community in celebration of the grand opening of her beautiful new studio. FYI: This class will be filmed for a promotional video.

On Saturday, December 17th, I will be making the entire album of demo songs for the album NAMASTE a available through my website and facebook group page…and on March 1st, 2012, I will be launching an online “crowd funding campaign” to support the production of the mastered album with all of the additional instrumentation and harmony vocals (as well as a live concert DVD

This will be the LAST SONG on the upcoming NAMASTE album… I plan on recording the final version using my digital piano, as I feel the quality is much better than what I can capture with a “real piano” and my current recording equipment….

I will also be adding some harmony vocals as well as saxophone during the solo part (and yet another version with clarinet during the solo part instead of sax… Then taking a vote with listeners as to which version that they would prefer to see/hear go onto the actual physical album

BACKGROUND OF SONG:

After my daughter Sedona was born, the vocal melody of this song was developed during the many hours spent rocking/singing her to sleep… The piano portion was composed thereafter I have played this song “live in concert”, one time with an accompanying saxophonist and once with clarinetist… Both versions sounded “dreamy goodness” to me…so that is why I would like to let the audience decide for the album

After downloading, I suggest either taking this song for a walk with your “mobile listening device” or listening to it when you need a stress reliever or musical sleeping pill

Joe has a goal of developing one new song per week, sharing the rough recording of each new song at the beginning of each new week as a complimentary download to listen to and enjoy….

Then, at the end of each new week, he will post a YOU TUBE video of the completed song (with all of the “fixins” for you to enjoy) The mastered version of the entire album with all the fixins will then be avaiable at productions end

Come join us for a night of MUSICAL GOODNESS YOGA FLOW with your hosts Marca Hughes (yoga instructor) and Joe Fred Paprocki (goodness musician).

Joe will act as “wandering minstrel” throughout the hour of yoga flow…armed with all 3 of his goodness guitars… The set list of songs was meticulously chosen to open and charge the heart energy throughout the flow of asanas….

After class, we will lazily shift into a half hour of interactive, heart centered music to charge the body/mind with love and gratitude. This event will be something that will continue to resonate within you…in a very good way…for many moons to come

Well then, come and experience a truly magical event combining yoga and ”live, heart centered goodness music” with Amanda Ginther Uphoff and Joe Fred Paprocki. Amanda will begin with 30 minutes of yoga for kids…that is an event in itself to witness

Then, the kids will move into the childcare room, allowing the parents 30 minutes of uninterrupted “me time” for a nice flow of yoga asanas, helping them to feel “right as rain” for the rest of the weekend.

The hour of yoga will feature a live soundtrack of “goodness music” played by wandering minstrel Joe Fred Paprocki and his 3 guitars. After the 30 minute “adult flow” gets done…there will be 15 minutes of songs played for the parents to “recharge the heart and ground the love…”

Then the children will remerge for a few interactive “gratitude songs” that are sure to leave everyone buzzing with a full body smile…in a very good feeling way.
